Elizabeth Parija

Over the last two decades, Elizabeth has worked across talent acquisition, executive search, DEI, and financial services, with premier global companies ranging from Fortune 10 to entrepreneurial ventures, building strong & long-tenured leadership teams across a wide range of industries and verticals. Most recently, Elizabeth led Latinx executive recruiting across all tech and non-tech ladders at Google. Her prior experience includes Heidrick & Struggles' Chief Marketing Officer practice, building Morgan Stanley's internal executive search firm for Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank's executive recruiting, and XPO Logistics' executive searches for Legal, Compliance and Human Resources.
Elizabeth began her career as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch on the number one Institutional Investor ranked energy team. She has interned on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, and on the sales desk at ISI Group for the top-ranked Wall Street economist. Elizabeth's magic is with people, from talent development to creating extraordinary candidate experiences. She prides herself on taking a strategic, non-traditional approach to recruiting with a core focus on diversity and inclusion.
With an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School, Elizabeth lives in Connecticut and manages our East Coast team. She enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling internationally, racquet sports, figure skating, and volunteering with disadvantaged youth. She is also an active alumni interviewer for Georgetown University.
Keri Montrose

After a decade as a practicing attorney at a boutique business and entertainment litigation firm, Keri transitioned into the recruiting world as a Director at the prestigious legal placement firm of Mestel & Company. From there, Keri progressed to talent acquisition at Google, where she spent 11 years.
At Google, Keri served as a player/coach, executing and leading recruiting across a variety of ladders and levels. She built out a team of recruiters to support the fast-growing finance organization, which more than doubled under her tenure. Keri has filled many niche positions across real estate, business development, corporate functions, product managers of all levels across Google, PhD candidates focused on quantum physics and AI, user experience researchers, design and engineering leaders, and many other tech and non-tech roles. The last several years have seen Keri focusing on executive recruitment, where, in addition to building out Google's leadership bench, she has led trainings and teams in myriad best practices across talent acquisition. Keri shines when it comes to guiding clients through the talent process, from scoping roles to promoting internal talent, interviewer training, rubrics building, and so much more.
With a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law, Keri lives in southern California and manages our West Coast team. Keri is a connector of people and dots, amateur road cyclist, crossword puzzle aficionado, and learning addict - she’s currently learning French and (re)learning piano. Keri enjoys spending time with her family, cooking exotic meals inspired by her travels - and her travel wish list - and doing yoga to wind down.
